Jessica Geiger PharmD, MS, BCPS is a community pharmacist, faculty at the University of Findlay College of Pharmacy and Director of clinical content for EdLogics. She maintains a clinical practice and involvement in pain management across these 3 positions. Previously, she has worked in chronic pain management at the VA, inpatient palliative care for a 1000 bed hospital and consulted for hospice. She has trained dozens pf pharmacy residents and students as well as medical students, residents and fellows. She knew she wanted to practice in pain management and was never afraid to take the harder road to get there, specifically through joining the United States Marine Corps before embarking on pharmacy school. As a chronic pain sufferer since the age of 14, Jessica understands better than most the frustration and unnecessary suffering that comes when pain is not believed or managed well. Pharmacy in the chronic pain setting allows Jessica the satisfaction of making a profound impact for countless others who suffer from chronic pain. Her passion for this work is evident in everything that she does.
