Fred Cohen is the Medical Director of Headache Intervention, and Assistant Professor of Neurology at the Icahn School of Medicine, Mount Sinai Headache and Facial Pain Center, New York. He is the current Chair of the Primary Front Line Headache Care specialist interest group of the American Headache Society. He is also an Associate Editor for Headache, and serves on the Board of Directors for the National Headache Foundation and the Alliance for Headache Disorders Advocacy.
