Dr. Sean James Gamble is a triple board-certified anesthesiologist specializing in Adult Anesthesiology, Pediatric Anesthesiology, and Pain Medicine, with nationally recognized expertise in regional anesthesia and interventional pain management, particularly for complex pediatric and cancer-associated pain syndromes. He completed his residency at the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Medicine, followed by advanced fellowship training at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and Harvard Medical School, where he trained at Boston Children’s Hospital, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
Dr. Gamble previously served as Chief of Pain Medicine at Phoenix Children’s Hospital, where he led transformative initiatives that advanced acute and chronic pain management protocols and expanded access to innovative therapies for pediatric patients. During his leadership he founded the Interventional Pain Medicine Program and launched the countries first and only dedicated ambulatory pediatric interventional pain suite. In 2025, Dr. Gamble founded Noble Medical Professionals, a national consulting and education platform dedicated to elevating healthcare through transparency, integrity, and high-quality education for both patients and providers. Through this work, he is committed to bridging the gap between knowledge and practice, empowering better decision-making, and improving clinical outcomes.
