Dr. Paige Mathew oversees pain management and opioid safety programs for Veterans across Washington DC, Maryland, and West Virginia in her role as Clinical Program Manager in a large healthcare company.
She is regularly consulted to lead program implementation efforts throughout the company, and is a frequent speaker on national presentations related to evidence-based and safe prescribing.
She completed her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Washington in Seattle, and her PGY1 at the Carl T Hayden VA in Phoenix, Arizona.
Dr. Mathew is dual Board-Certified in both Pharmacotherapy and Geriatric Pharmacy.
She is the Chair of the Pain Pharmacy Specialty Council for the Board of Pharmacy (BPS).
