Johnathan Goree MD is a Professor of Anesthesiology at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences where he is the Neurosciences Service Line Director, Chief of Staff and Director of the Chronic Pain Division at UAMS Health. In his clinical practice, Dr. Goree considers himself a “quality of life” specialist who focuses on patient led goals instead of pathology. He has published over 60 peer reviewed manuscripts and given 100s of national and international lectures on neuromodulation, closed loop neuromodulation, opioid education to patients and providers, complex regional pain syndrome, and disparities in pain care.
