Dr. Elicia DeParolesa is a pharmacist and integrative healthcare practitioner with deep expertise in clinical design, care management, and the prevention-focused transformation of chronic care. In her professional role, Elicia serves as a senior individual contributor within a Fortune 50 organization, where she leads and influences innovative clinical strategies that bridge pharmacy, population health, and value-based care. Her work centers on designing scalable, patient-centered models that improve access, reduce inequities, and support sustainable management solutions across the continuum of care.

A nationally recognized mentor and organizational leader, Elicia has overseen culture-shaping initiatives across more than 30 universities and colleges and is a co-creator of a nationally recognized speaking competition focused on empowerment and impact. She is especially passionate about advancing integrative, multidisciplinary approaches to pain care that honor lived experience, resilience, and prevention as core clinical priorities.
