Dr. Zwade Marshall, MD, MBA is the Founder and CEO of Doc2Doc Lending, a financial platform built exclusively for healthcare professionals, and the Chief Medical Officer of Regenerative Spine & Pain Specialists, a multi-location interventional pain management practice.

A double board-certified anesthesiologist and pain management specialist, Dr. Marshall trained at Emory University Medical School and completed his residency and fellowship at Harvard’s Brigham and Women’s Hospital where he was also Chief Resident. He has built and scaled multiple healthcare and financial services businesses, combining clinical expertise with a deep understanding of capital markets and physician economics.

At Doc2Doc, Dr. Marshall has led the company to deploy over $200 million in loans to physicians nationwide, with a mission centered on financial literacy, transparency, and tailored underwriting for healthcare professionals. At Regenerative Spine & Pain Specialists, he oversees clinical strategy and innovation, focusing on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple sites of service and ambulatory surgery centers.

Dr. Marshall is also an active advisor, speaker, and investor, with a focus on advancing physician entrepreneurship and improving financial outcomes across the healthcare workforce.
