Dr. Bonakdar is the Director of Pain Management at the Scripps Center for Integrative Medicine since 2002. His practice at the multi-hospital Scripps Health system focuses on non-pharmacological and lifestyle based approaches to pain. He is also Volunteer Assistant Clinical Professor at UCI & UCSD, School of Medicine, board certified in integrative medicine through the ABOIM, headache medicine through the UCNS and a fellow of the American College of Nutrition.
