She is the author of two books on Family Caregiving. More recently, she created the Anodunos Method Pain Navigator and Provider professional trainings, and is a Certified Professional Life Coach and Certified NutraMetrix Functional Nutrition/Business Consultant. Over the last couple of years, she has been training and leading Peer Support Groups for the US Pain Foundation and is USPF-certified in Chronic Pain Advocacy.
