In this interactive breakout session for physicians and advanced practice providers, we will examine how individual clinical decisions shape patient outcomes, team dynamics, and the broader culture of care. Participants will explore the tensions between compassion and risk mitigation, autonomy and alignment, innovation and regulation. Through case-based discussion and practical communication strategies, this session will focus on how clinicians can lead at the bedside and within systems to improve function, safety, and trust in complex pain care.
